Prosecutors charge Budva officials with abuse of office

PODGORICA, Montenegro -- State prosecutors filed charges Tuesday (March 22nd) against suspects in the so-called Zavala case. Budva Mayor Rajko Kuljaca, his deputy, Dragan Marovic, and nine other people are charged with abuse of office, stemming from illegal construction on a cape near the coastal town.
