ZAGREB, Croatia -- Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor voiced confidence Thursday (March 3rd) that Croatia will be able to close all remaining negotiation chapters by the end of June. She was speaking at the opening of a two-day conference of the European People's Party (EPP) Group Bureau in Zagreb. Kosor thanked the EPP for supporting Croatia's EU bid. She also vowed to continue fighting corruption and crime, to continue efforts tore solve refugees' issues and to co-operate with The Hague war crimes tribunal. Croatia has so far managed to provisionally close 28 chapters out of 35. Competition and justice are the two most problematic chapters in Croatia's accession talks.
