BERN, Switzerland -- Amid controversy surrounding Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty's allegations of Kosovo organ trafficking, Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey has reportedly decided not to receive an award given by the Kosovo Embassy and members of the Kosovo diaspora. She was to have been honoured on Tuesday (December 21st) for her contribution to the recognition of Kosovo's independence.

Citing ministry sources, Swiss media reported on Friday that Calmy-Rey has decided the time is not right to accept the award. (Tanjug, Swissinfo, B92 - 18/12/10)
