Terror group says it killed Greek journalist

ATHENS, Greece -- The terror group Sect of Revolutionaries has claimed responsibility for the recent murder of journalist Socratis Giolias in Athens, police announced on Tuesday (July 27th). Giolias, 37, was shot with a 9mm rifle, outside his home in the Iliopouli neighbourhood on July 19th. Police say a newspaper has received a statement from the group claiming the hit. The newspaper says the statement threatened other prominent journalists and publishers. (Kathimerini - 28/07/10; AP, DPA, Xinhua - 27/07/10)
