ATHENS, Greece -- President Karolos Papoulias was sworn-in on Friday (March 12th) for a second term during an inauguration ceremony in parliament attended by Prime Minister George Papandreou and all 300 lawmakers. Papoulias, 81, vowed to protect the constitution and the laws of the country, its independence and integrity, and to work for the well-being and interests of all Greeks.
