SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) -- Security Minister Sadik Ahmetovic and the head of the European Commission (EC) delegation to BiH, Dimitris Kourkoulas, opened a new border checkpoint between BiH and Montenegro on Wednesday (March 10th).
