Blast kills soldier in Turkey

HAKKARI, Turkey -- One soldier was killed and three were injured in a bomb blast in the southeast province of Hakkari on Tuesday (March 9th). The toll was the same Monday, when a bomb exploded in the same region as a convoy passed. Local security forces blame the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party.
