BRUSSELS, Belgium -- Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic gave EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn the answers to the European Commission's (EC) lengthy membership questionnaire Wednesday (December 9th). Djukanovic described it as making "major headway" on the country's road to a European future. Montenegro also recently obtained visa-free travel to EU countries and a NATO Membership Action Plan.
