Belgrade to host conference on organised crime

BELGRADE, Serbia -- Belgrade will host a ministerial conference September 28th on the fight against organised crime in the Balkans, Justice Minister Snezana Malovic said on Sunday (September 13th), in an interview with the Belgrade-based daily Blic. The interior and justice ministers of Balkan countries, as well as EU Justice Commissioner Jacques Barrot, are expected to participate in the forum. The conference is aimed at helping to accelerate the EU integration process and abolish visa requirements, Malovic said. (Blic, B92 - 13/09/09)
