Bosnian police officer arrested

SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) -- A police officer charged with the murder of 200 people during the 1992-1995 conflict was arrested on Wednesday (July 1st). "Officer Sasa Zecevic was arrested at his workplace in the commissariat of the town of Prijedor," prosecutors with the BiH Court announced. The victims, Muslims and Bosnian Croats, were allegedly transported in 1992 from a prison camp in Prijedor to Koricanske Stijene. The bodies of most victims were never found.
