PODGORICA, Montenegro -- Local media reported on Sunday (August 17th) the arrests of four men suspected of committing war crimes in the Morinj camp, near Kotor, between October 1991 and August 1992. Mladen Govedarica, Spiro Lucic, Boro Gligic and Ivo Gojnic are among six former Yugoslav National Army reservists whose indictment was announced Friday. Charges include torture, inhumane treatment and violation of the physical integrity of citizens brought to the camp from the town of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Two remaining indictees, Zlatko Tarle and Ivo Menzalin, are believed to be in Belgrade. (RTRS, Tanjug, B92 -17/08/08)
