PRISTINA, Kosovo -- Turkish institutions have decided to recognise Kosovo passports, the Turkish Embassy in Pristina announced on Friday (August 8th). Starting on Monday, Turkey will start issuing visas based on the passports and Kosovo citizens will be able to enter Turkey with the documents.
