Montenegro's DPS nominates Djukanovic as prime minister-designate

PODGORICA, Montenegro -- The ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) tapped leader Milo Djukanovic for the post of prime minister-designate on Wednesday (February 6th). Outgoing Prime Minister Zeljko Sturanovic resigned last week due to health problems. Djukanovic has served as prime minister four times, and as president once.
