Montenegro's SNP names presidential candidate

PODGORICA, Montenegro -- Opposition Socialist People's Party (SNP) leader Srdjan Milic agreed on Friday (January 25th) to be nominated as his party's candidate in the presidential election scheduled for April 6th. The ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced that incumbent President Filip Vujanovic would seek re-election on the DPS ticket. Bosniak Party in Montenegro leader Rafet Husanovic also said he was ready to run for president if he receives the support of all the municipal committees and the chief committee of his party.
