Montenegro's Security and Defence Council says situation stable

PODGORICA, Montenegro -- The Defence and Security Council concluded on Wednesday (December 12th) that Montenegro's security situation is stable. The council, established about a month ago, includes President Filip Vujanovic, Parliament Speaker Ranko Krivokapic, Prime Minister Zeljko Sturanovic, Foreign Minister Milan Rocen, Defence Minister Boro Vucinic and other senior officials. Those attending Wednesday's session praised the intensive co-operation under way among state authorities responsible for guaranteeing security. (Vijesti - 13/12/07; RTCG - 12/12/07)
