Serbia says 6.6m voters are eligible to vote in parliamentary election

BELGRADE, Serbia -- Some 6,652,105 Serbian citizens are registered as eligible voters for the January 21st parliamentary elections, 14,000 more than those registered for the October 2006 constitutional referendum, the Republican Election Commission announced on Monday (January 8th). Another 31,370 voters will be able vote at 58 polling stations abroad. (Beta - 08/01/07)
