Macedonian ruling coalition member and opposition party form pre-election coalition

TETOVO, Macedonia -- The Democratic Union of Integration (DUI), a ruling coalition member, and the Party for Democratic Prosperity (PPD), an opposition party, officially agreed on Sunday (28 May) to form a coalition ahead of the 5 July parliamentary elections. DUI leader Ali Ahmeti says that while the parties have not discussed the division of candidates on election lists, they agree that integration is key to the election process.
