Romania finalises talks with World Bank on strategic partnership strategy

BUCHAREST, Romania -- The government and the World Bank finalised talks Friday (14 October) on the strategic partnership strategy for 2005-2009. The strategy highlights four priority areas: judicial reforms and local administration, education, health and pension, fiscal management and environmental standards.
