Durres, Albania to Host Regional Anticorruption Forum

STRASBOURG, France -- The Council of Europe (CoE) announced that the Albanian town of Durres will host a regional conference Friday (10 June) on combating corruption. The CoE and the Stability Pact Anticorruption Initiative are co-organising the two-day event together with Albanian authorities. Representatives of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania and Serbia-Montenegro, including Kosovo, are expected to attend. (CoE Web site, Tanjug - 08/06/05)
