STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute published a report Monday (March 15th) listing Greece among the world's top five spenders on weapons in the past five years. The list includes China, India, North Korea and the United Arab Emirates. The United States and Russia are the biggest exporters of weapons, accounting for more than half of the sales in the world between 2005 and 2009.
