SOFIA, Bulgaria -- The defence ministry announced on Friday (January 29th) that the country plans to send 100 more soldiers to support its 500-member contingent in the NATO-led forces in Afghanistan. According to the statement, the cabinet has already approved the departure of 30 soldiers and will approve the deployment of 70 more soon. (Reuters, Pogled, Cross - 29/01/10)
