SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) -- US Ambassador to BiH Charles English predicted on Saturday (October 17th) that a set of proposals for the upcoming meeting of Bosnian leaders and senior EU and US officials in Butmir will include important changes to the decision-making process at the state level. Brussels and Washington held a first round of talks with leaders of the main Bosnian, Serb and Croat parties on October 9th, in an effort to end the political stalemate in BiH. The next meeting will be held Tuesday. (RTRS, BHRT - 18/10/09; Srna - 17/10/09)
