TIRANA, Albania -- President Bamir Topi signed a decree Wednesday (September 9th) appointing incumbent Prime Minister Sali Berisha to another term at the helm of the country's newly elected government. Berisha, whose Democratic Party (DP) won the June 28th general elections, announced his ministers, including four new names and three ministers from the DP's new strategic ally -- the Socialist Party for Integration.
