UK to support establishment of Kosovo Security Force

PRISTINA, Kosovo -- Britain will provide financial support to the process that transforms the current Kosovo Protection Corps (KPC) into the planned Kosovo Security Force (KSF), British Minister of State for the Armed Forces Bob Ainsworth said on Tuesday (June 24th). During a meeting with KPC Commander Sylejman Selimi in Pristina, Ainsworth predicted the transformation process will go smoothly and announced that London will donate over 7m euros for KPC members who will not be part of the KSF.
