BiH to send infantry unit to Iraq in August

SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) -- BiH will deploy an infantry unit to Iraq, BiH Army chief General Sifet Podzic told the Dnevni Avaz newspaper on Thursday (June 19th). The 49-member unit will depart in August. It underwent training for the past three months and will have final training in Kuwait before proceeding to Iraq. (Dnevni Avaz, B92, AP - 19/06/08)
