ATHENS, Greece -- Athens kicks off a two-day meeting of parliament speakers from countries in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation (PABSEC) group Monday (June 9th). The meeting marks the 15th anniversary of the Assembly. Greek Parliament Speaker Dimitris Sioufas, the current PABSEC chairman, will open the session. It includes parliamentary representatives of all 12 PABSEC members -- Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Turkey, as well as of France and Belarus, which are participating as observers.
