PARIS, France -- Croatian President Stipe Mesic met with his Serbia-Montenegro counterpart, Svetozar Marovic, during a parallel trip to Paris for talks with senior French officials. The two presidents agreed their countries should support each other in obtaining their common goals of EU and NATO membership. Marovic said the meeting symbolised the new spirit of co-operation in Southeast Europe. (HINA - 18/06/03)
