Eligibility: To be eligible for the iPod drawing you must be a citizen of or lawful permanent resident of one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia or Turkey. Employees (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of SETimes.com (“sponsor”) are not eligible for the drawing. Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Drawing and notification:On or about 1 February 2010, a random drawing will be conducted and 1 winner from the pool of eligible entries will be drawn. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days from the first notification, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. All prizes will be awarded.

Prizes: 1 Apple iPod touch 64GB – value $ 399.00.

Prize conditions: All national and other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sweepstakes Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable national and local laws. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decision of the sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these official rules. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, at its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, deception or unfair practices. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any cases beyond the reasonable control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then the sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the online entry of the sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes.

Limitations and Liability: Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the sweepstakes entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes related activity or participation in this sweepstakes.
